Corporate Wellbeing Services operate a network of specialist occupational health nurses and doctors who are qualified (Dip Occ Med, AFOM, MFOM or FFOM) and experienced in providing businesses with detailed occupational health reports.

Operating across the whole of the Uk, our clients are provided with a diagnosis and prognosis of an employee’s medical and emotional wellbeing, in a structured, consistent and timely fashion.

Occupational Health - as and when you need it

An occupational health assessment is designed to keep your employees well when they are at work, both physically and mentally. The occupational health service is designed to make sure your employees are safe at work and manage any risks that they may come across in the workplace which can then be related to ill health.

Good health, whether that be physical or mental health, is good for business and if your workplace is a good place to be then you are bound to see better results and that will lead to better profitability. Research is showing us that the longer an employee spends off work sick, the more likely they are to stay off work indefinitely. Key stat – after six months away from work sick, there is only a 50% chance of someone making a successful return to the workplace.

What is an occupational health referral?

The Occupational Health Management Referrals process is designed to support the employee welfare needs of the organisation, this facility is further enhanced by our team of clinicians (Physicians and Nurses), who review every set of clinical notes to ensure that we constantly maintain the highest standard of clear and concise, evidence based reporting.  It is important to stress that our reports are consistently formatted to meet our client’s requirements. We allow you to input your own line of questioning, as you are the experts within your business, we are keen to follow a structure that works for both the employee and the business. Our dedicated account manager will be in touch throughout the whole process and will provide contact details should you need support with any of the administration. Consent must be gained from the employee before beginning the process as without consent we cannot use the occupational health tools.

Corporate Wellbeing Solutions offers a wide range of Occupational Health services which can be accessed on a pay-as-you-go basis. Absenteeism costs the UK economy billions per year, and so we fully understand that employers require timely and worthwhile advice when dealing with staff absences.

We work together with our clients to deliver a holistic approach, offering support and guidance for both employers and their employees in connection with a variety of workplace issues.

Our special team of trained advisors can draw upon EAP services to promote wellbeing in the workplace, as well as assess the ability of your staff to work due to any health issues they may have.

We can also advise on suitable return-to-work dates and which jobs those affected could safely carry out. It may be that your employees need rehabilitation on their return to work or they may need adjustments made to be able to perform their role efficiently. Services available include; Management Referrals, Occupational Health Nurses (OHAs), Occupational Health Physicians (OHPs).
