Our counsellors will work with your employees for as many as 6 sessions per year as part of the EAP offering.

The relationship between the counsellor and the employee is confidential.

It is designed to support the employee in whatever it is that may be troubling them at the time.

Our 24/7 helpline works alongside our counselling service; by calling our helpline number, your employees can talk to a trained advisor on topics such as mental health, and physical health, or they can even signpost legal and financial assistance.

With our EAP you will be allocated a dedicated account manager who will be able to facilitate your employee’s use of the service.

They will be provided with step-by-step guides on each service to ensure the smooth set-up of the EAP and promotional materials will be provided to ensure that the launch of the EAP is something that your employees notice and more importantly to help them to engage with the services on offer.
